Review and accepts contract from buyer.
Escrow is opened and preliminary report is ordered.
Various inspections are ordered.
Inspection reports are sent to the applicable party, reviewed and notifications sent.
Preliminary report received and approved by buyer.
Appraisal is ordered.
Advices escrow of homeowners insurance.
Receives final approval from lender.
Loan documents are prepared by lender and sent to escrow.
Closing documents are compiled by escrow.
Set separate appointments with buyer and seller to sign documents.
Deposit required funds to close..
Signed documents are returned to lender for review.
Ensures all contract conditions have been meet.
Funds the loan (send the funds).
Documents are recorded.
After recording is confirmed, disburses funds.
Receives keys from the Real Estate Professional.
Send final documents to each interested party.
